The proposed establishment will be situated at 417 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, within the South Yard development, a rapidly evolving area. This location would complement HomeGrown's existing Northwest Arkansas presence, which includes successful restaurants in Springdale, Rogers, and Bentonville.

With approximately 15 locations spread across states such as Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska, and Virginia, HomeGrown demonstrates a clear corporate strategy for regional market growth.
