Del Monte Foods is currently seeking an Omnichannel Activation Specialist in New Jersey, within a team aligned to Walmart Inc., Publix, club formats and emerging channels. This role is pivotal in orchestrating omnichannel customer engagement – from in-store promotions to 1st- and 3rd-party digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and implementing omnichannel strategies that fuel sales growth and market share, integrating in-store activations (like signage and demos) with digital initiatives (such as retail search, programmatic banners and digital coupons).
- Collaborating with partners and internal teams – including Sales, Category Insights, Customer Strategy & Development, Business Managers and Finance – to align messaging, creative execution and KPIs.
- Managing campaign planning, briefing creative and execution teams, overseeing messaging alignment with brand guidelines and retailer specifications.
- Tracking campaign performance, optimizing strategies based on analytics and market data, and supporting budget and invoice processes.
