Office Depot rolls out nationwide “15‑Minute Pickup Promise”

Office Depot has launched a nationwide “15‑Minute Pickup Promise,” with online or mobile orders ready in 15 minutes or customers receive a $15 coupon.

Office Depot, part of The ODP Corporation, has unveiled a new “15‑Minute Pickup Promise” at its Office Depot and OfficeMax locations across the United States. Under the program, customers who place qualifying orders online or through the Office Depot app and choose “In‑Store or Curbside Pickup” at least one hour before the store closes will have their items ready for pickup in 15 minutes.

If Office Depot misses this 15‑minute window, the customer receives a $15 coupon toward their next qualifying purchase, which will be issued within 72 hours. Kevin Moffitt, President of Office Depot, said the promise is designed to offer faster, easier shopping, especially for those with urgent needs for back‑to‑school supplies, home office items or business essentials.

This move adds to Office Depot’s suite of fulfillment options, which also include same‑day delivery for qualifying orders placed before 5 p.m., and same‑day printing for certain orders submitted before 2 p.m. local time.
