# Walmart Expands Technician Training, Pilots AI Interview Coach

## AI Interview Coach to Support Hiring Process

The AI Interview Coach simulates realistic interview scenarios for Walmart associates, providing up to 10 questions with real-time feedback on structure, clarity and delivery. Initially limited to internal candidates, the tool may later expand to all applicants if the pilot is successful.
